On your office days, you’ll work in the state-of-the-art co-working space and innovation lab “ROUVEN22,” where you and your team will enjoy a perfect working environment. pattr GmbH currently employs around 20 people.

Are you looking for a new challenge and have a deep understanding of IT projects? Then join our team and manage the IT projects of our group as well as those of our external clients, bringing them to a successful conclusion.

Your role in our team

Project controlling & coordination: Independent onboarding into diverse projects—from migrating the billing system to launching the customer portal—monitoring project statuses and deadlines, and developing a deep understanding of project requirements and challenges
Communication & Mobilization: Proactively engaging project participants and managing all stakeholders
Quotation Preparation: Preparing and sending customized quotes, including price and discount calculations
Customer Relations: Cultivating relationships and maintaining personal contact with our customers and corporate stakeholders—you’ll turn our customers into fans!

Your expertise and strengths

Completed degree or vocational training in business informatics, business psychology, business administration, or comparable relevant fields
In-depth understanding of IT projects, processes, and systems
Initial experience in managing IT projects
Professional experience is desirable but not required
Solution-oriented approach to work, even in stressful situations
Extroverted personality and enthusiasm for actively driving new initiatives forward
Experience with software from the energy and telecommunications sectors, such as Schleupen, SIV, FirstSale, Konzeptum, Diclina, Powercloud, Lima, Wilken, or similar, is welcome
