IT Project Manager – Web Development

Clarify expectations with clients and remove obstacles
Set objectives, create plans, and allocate resources
Clarify requirements and translate them into workflows
Review and appropriately coordinate change requests
Monitor progress and take corrective action when deviations occur
Identify and mitigate risks at an early stage
Keep budgets and timelines under control
Document project information and keep stakeholders informed
Conduct client acceptance reviews and resolve outstanding issues
Capture lessons learned and share them with the team
Manage projects involving various stakeholders while keeping time, budget, and quality under control

Requirements

Strong practical knowledge of project workflows, risk management, and process management
Excellent documentation, reporting, and visualization skills
German proficiency at C1 level or higher
2–5 years of experience managing IT projects
Work reliably and take ownership
Offer support and proactively ask for it when needed
Communicate information clearly and listen attentively
Clarify expectations and keep commitments
Involve stakeholders and ensure agreed actions are followed through
Coordinate tasks and consolidate contributions
Set objectives, allocate resources, and monitor risks
Interest in technical topics and open source
IPMA Level C certification
Experience with agile methodologies, software development projects, and public-sector clients
Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, Git, and Linux
French proficiency at B2 level, preferably C1
