IT Recruiter

In this role you will lead end-to-end IT recruitment across multiple domains for Western Europe and the Middle East, collaborating with an international team. You will manage diverse sourcing channels and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivering a candidate-centric hiring experience. You will leverage AI-enabled tools and workflow automation to boost efficiency, quality, and decision support while upholding responsible and compliant usage. This position is based in Frankfurt with flexible hybrid work.
