IT Sales Manager, Field Sales – Skilled Trades Sector

• Manage new and existing customers in the skilled trades sector, from small businesses to mid-sized companies
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships
• Advise skilled trades businesses on ERP (KWP), software, and IT solutions from a broad product portfolio
• Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Advise customers as a loyal and knowledgeable partner
• Build sustainable customer partnerships in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT systems management clerk or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in B2B sales of IT solutions
• Very good knowledge of business administration
• Fluent German skills at a professional negotiating level
• Ability to work independently
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel locally during the day (within approximately a 100 km radius, around 3 days per week)
• Experience selling software to construction or skilled trades businesses (preferred)
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (preferred)
