IT Service Financial Analyst (Catalogue & Allocation)

In this role you will maintain and enhance the IT service catalog to ensure accuracy and accessibility for internal customers. You will collaborate with business units to expand services, harmonize IT offerings, and support cost visibility and budgeting. You drive standardization of IT services and enable data-driven decisions through usage and cost reporting. • Annual review and expansion of the IT service catalog
• Inclusion of shadow IT services and coordination of new requirements with business
• Annual price adjustments and true-up calculations; target-actual cost comparison
• IT budget cost sharing per entity preparation
• Maintenance of IT Business Services in the IT Service Portal
• Support for tax audits and benchmarking of IT services
• Establish onboarding, change, and offboarding processes for IT services
• Reporting on IT services usage and costs
