IT Specialist (m/f/d) First-Level Support
Landshut – up to Pay Grade 9a TV-L
Your Area of Responsibility
The IuK5 department – ICT Services and IT Security – handles tasks in the areas of first-level support, ICT support, the design and implementation of relevant training programs, IT support for the locations under its care, and IT security.

• Providing first-level support for the managed locations
• Managing the IT hotline for technical issues, including via Active Directory, administering user rights for the Integrated Bavarian Agricultural Information System (iBALIS) application, and managing and administering users in the telephone system (Windows environment)
• Troubleshooting incoming tickets and calls using workarounds or creative solutions
• Administration of mailboxes in Exchange and similar applications
• Tool-supported software distribution (MCM)
• Collaboration with the StMELF and neighboring authorities
• IT support on-site

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or in a comparable field
• Knowledge and experience in the described areas of responsibility
• Service-oriented mindset
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle criticism
• Proficiency in spoken and written German at a minimum of C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) (to be verified by a corresponding certificate, if applicable)
