The 15-member IT department team supports approximately 2,300 users*, including those from the Ammerland-Klinik and the Bundeswehr Hospital Westerstede. This includes 1,200 Windows clients, 200 mobile clients, and 400 virtual servers (Linux and Windows).

To strengthen our IT department, we are seeking, as soon as possible, a full-time or part-time

IT Specialist* for System Integration or IT Systems Technician*

Your responsibilities with us

• Receiving, processing, and documenting IT support requests via phone, email, or the ticket system
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• Procuring, installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and peripheral devices
• Assisting with the setup of software applications and technical devices
• Managing user accounts and access rights
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards in the IT sector

What we’re looking for

• a successfully completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or an IT systems electronics technician
• ideally, practical experience in IT support or an IT help desk
• good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS Office applications
• basic knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP)
• a friendly and service-oriented demeanor as well as strong communication skills
• analytical thinking and a willingness to solve complex technical problems
• team spirit and a willingness to work in an agile environment
