IT Specialist (m/f/d) - System Integration & Support

As a modern and service-oriented provider, the Coburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce represents the interests of 8,000 member companies. The Coburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce employs approximately 40 staff members and operates a center for vocational training and continuing education.

• IT Specialist (m/f/d) – System Integration & Support
• The IT department at the Coburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry manages a modern client infrastructure with currently over 100 end devices. The (external) data center administers, among other things, Chamber-specific administrative systems, the document management system, the Office environment, and internet access (WAN). Working hours to be agreed upon.

• User support (1st- & 2nd-level helpdesk support), 1st-level support for online meetings/training via MS Teams
• Maintenance and further development of the system landscape, including server infrastructure (switches, NAS, firewall, servers), PC workstations, the network (VLAN, ACL, firewall), and the telephone system (CTI)
• Support for IT projects in the context of ongoing digitalization
• Collaboration with external IT service providers
• Planning and conducting internal training sessions
• Ensuring the functionality of media technology at the IHK Continuing Education Center

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist with a focus on system integration and relevant professional experience
• Very good knowledge of the following applications: Windows Server / Desktop Active Directory and Azure AD / M365 Admin Center and M365 Apps / Linux Ubuntu / Redhat, Veeam, DMS, PowerShell, MDM (MS Intune)
• Good knowledge of SQL applications is also desirable

• Very good hardware knowledge in the field of media technology and a basic technical understanding
