IT Support Engineer Ulm, Germany

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer for our client in Ulm, Germany . You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and ensuring smooth IT operations – both on-site and remotely.

What you’ll do

• 1st & 2nd level desktop support for Windows/macOS users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
• Keep ticketing system updated and users informed

What you bring

• 2+ years IT support experience
• Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, MCP (or higher)
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10-11, AD, MS Office 365
