IT Support (w/m/d)

Tasks

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Windows and Mac desktop computers .
• Perform basic laptop repairs .
• Assist with Windows Server setup and management .
• Configure and maintain WLAN networks .
• Handle basic cabling setups .
• Troubleshoot networking issues .
• Perform hardware IT setups , including PCs and peripherals.
• Set up email accounts.
• Understand DNS and domain configuration.
• Be able to travel to operation sites upon requirement.

Requirements

• Proficient or fluent in German (both spoken and written).
• Prior experience in IT support or a similar technical role .
• A strong understanding of computer hardware and software .
• The ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of networking and server management .
• Being flexible, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment .
• Eligibility to live and work in Germany.
