IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

In this role you will manage and optimize the Microsoft server landscape, virtualization, backup, and Microsoft 365. You will support end users and document IT processes to ensure reliable operations for MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg. You will work within an international, cross-functional environment and contribute to process improvements. • Administration of Microsoft server system landscape (Exchange, SQL, AD, etc.)
• Administration of virtualisation environment (VMware vSphere)
• Administration of backup (Veeam) and storage environment
• Support and implementation of user training
• Documentation of IT processes, procedures and standards

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft server products, ideally Microsoft certifications (e.g. MCSE, MCITP)
