IT Systems Administrator, Modern Workplace

• Independently manage, administer and further develop modern workplace solutions (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID)
• Analyze, handle and resolve incidents at 2nd-level support
• Support our business clients in the implementation, securing and operation of modern IT workplace solutions
• Contribute to the planning and configuration of Windows-based networks
• Optimize existing IT infrastructures and participate in migration and rollout projects
• On-site customer appointments in the Stuttgart area

Requirements

• Passion for IT and 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
• Solid understanding of server and network technologies
• Confident with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, LAN/WLAN and firewalls
• Strong customer orientation and self-initiative
• Structured, reliable working style and a sense of responsibility
• Interest in current technological developments
• Ideally: initial experience in cybersecurity
