Java / Golang Senior Cloud Software Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you will help shape digital products by building cloud-based services and distributed systems. You join the Cloud Applications team to design architectures, implement cloud modules, and enable CI/CD and DevOps in interdisciplinary, agile product teams. You work with data science, IoT, and mobile colleagues to deliver scalable, modern cloud solutions. • Assess business objectives from a Cloud Applications perspective
• Define architectures for distributed systems in collaboration with experts
• Develop cloud software modules
• Support deployment through CI/CD processes

• M.Sc. Computer Science
• at least 7 years of Java or Golang development experience
• profound knowledge of distributed software, cloud mechanics, tooling and providers (Azure, AWS, Kubernetes etc.)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI and DevOps
• Proficiency with storage technologies (SQL/NoSQL/Data Lake)
• familiarity with Clean Code, Peer Review, Pair Programming
• excellent communication in German and English
