• Act as the primary liaison throughout the project life cycle; address queries and manage meetings
• Plan and execute project meetings; assist with site and patient recruitment strategies
• Assist with stakeholder training and provide regular project status reports
• Manage project budget; negotiate changes to study budgets with sponsor
• Identify, assign and monitor interdisciplinary project tasks
• Develop project communications, training, regulatory submissions, audits; select third-party vendors
• Define and manage resource needs; establish contingency plans
• Initiate improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of work
• Ensure staff adheres to SOPs and professional standards
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate teams; mentor team members; delegate and prioritize workload
• For PD: establish client relationships, oversee delivery, review scope/budget/tools/recruitment/training
• Oversee project milestones, approve critical path, ensure regulatory compliance and service quality
• Evaluate resource requirements and oversee hiring, evaluations, and training

• College diploma/degree or equivalent experience (PM)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience for PM; strong communication and time management skills
• People management experience; experience in global, multi-centre, investigator-initiated clinical trials (PM)
• 7+ years of related work experience; advanced degree in Health Sciences or Clinical Research (PD)
• Ongoing training and ability to work with cross-functional teams
