Junior Card Operations Analyst

Your Role

• Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating to Card Issues, declines, CPD, and other tickets under Card post.
• Process Chargeback tickets if required.
• Help achieve the team’s OKR.
• Proactively reach out to stakeholders to identify their needs and quickly establish their priorities.
• Keep contact with stakeholders and deliver high‑quality results independently, support removing road blocks and manage escalations proactively.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Management, Statistics, Math, Economics, or related field preferred.
• First experience in a relevant Banking or FinTech Operations environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge about Payments and Card Schemes.
• Working knowledge of the Schemes’ Dispute Resolution process is a plus.
• SQL familiarity preferred.
• Fluent command of English and German language communication skills.

The annual gross salary range for this position is: €36,000 - €46,000 EUR.
