(Junior) Cloud Site Reliability Engineer (Network) (m/f/x)

In this role you will design, maintain and operate scalable cloud networks on AWS to support internal development and partner integrations. You will improve cloud infrastructure and automation using AWS, Terraform, and Python while ensuring high availability and security. You will guide engineering teams and strengthen our DevOps practices to underpin Scalable Capital’s core financial services. This position offers a chance to shape a cloud-native platform at a fast-growing Fintech with international teams.

• Design, maintain, and operate multiple AWS-based cloud networks for internal development teams
• Improve cloud infrastructure and automation using AWS, Terraform, and Python
• Ensure high-availability connectivity for critical applications and partner integrations
• Support and empower engineering teams to strengthen DevOps culture

• Experience with core AWS networking services (VPC, ELB, PrivateLink, Route 53)
• Infrastructure as Code proficiency, ideally Terraform
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language
• Nice-to-have: broader AWS services, network management, and troubleshooting experience
• Commitment to automating, securing and improving processes
• Bachelor-equivalent degree or relevant work experience
• Effective communication in an international English-speaking environment
