(Junior) Consultant Information Security (m/f/d)

In this role you guide the end-to-end adoption of DataGuard’s InfoSec-SaaS platform, helping customers build and run scalable ISMS solutions. You act as a trusted security advisor through audits and risk assessments, leveraging AI-powered tooling to improve quality and speed. You collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to expand value and translate customer insights into product feedback. This position sits at the intersection of security, technology, and service excellence in a fast-growing scale-up.

• Manage and expand the full customer lifecycle for the InfoSec-SaaS product
• Advise customers on information security using the DataGuard platform
• Build scalable ISMS solutions from scratch
• Guide customers through audits (ISO 27001, TISAX)
• Leverage AI-powered tooling for faster, higher-quality security consulting outcomes
• Support Sales and Customer Success with cross-selling and upselling
• Translate customer insights into actionable product feedback

• At least 1 year of professional experience in IT, information security, or compliance, or a lead-implementer/auditor certificate
• Passion for technology, security, AI, and digital safety
• Basic understanding of frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, TISAX, NIST
• Experience explaining complex topics in a simple, structured way
• Comfort with using AI tools to work smarter and improve processes
• Excellent German and English communication skills
