Internal Job Title: Client Legal Administrator
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Work Arrangement: Hybrid working model, with increased on-site presence during the onboarding and settling-in period to support a smooth transition
Salary range: €55,000 – €65,000 gross per year
The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework

Some of the things you’ll be doing
- As a Client Legal Administrator you’ll play an important role in the success of our business. During your typical workday, you’ll be involved in a wide range of diverse and dynamic projects including:
- Working directly with our international clients and potential clients, analysing and interpreting documents, regulations, and procedures (including KYC and compliance requirements) in relation to our clients’ legal and tax opportunities.
- Establish and maintain German client companies, manage corporate administration, accounting, and other back-office requirements to keep these German companies in good standing (corporate housekeeping).
- You report to the Business Unit Manager Corporate Clients
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- 1+ years of relevant professional experience in an international company, law firm, tax advisory firm, accounting firm, or a comparable environment.
- Knowledge of German corporate law, with the ability to apply legal principles effectively to practical business matters.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, with a good grasp of key financial concepts and processes.
- Proactive and hands-on approach, combined with a high level of motivation, ownership, and willingness to take responsibility.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently in an international business environment.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Team-oriented and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
