Junior Credit Analyst

The role

Responsible for assessing credit applications using data sources and the tech platform to make fast, fair, and accurate decisions. Maintain autonomy in decision-making, support other analysts on larger decisions, and collaborate with analytics teams to optimize lending approaches.

Requirements

• Demonstrates curiosity to use and learn AI tools; comfortable using them to solve problems, increase productivity, and explain reasoning.
• Smart, humble, motivated, always seeking improvement.
• Knowledge of foundational finance and accounting principles, via academic or internship experience.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of risk and revenue drivers influencing creditworthiness.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.
• Motivated and enthusiastic; adapts well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in business English and German.
• Analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem solving, proposing innovative and scalable solutions.

The salary

€46,000 – €55,000 per year. Salary expectations should be included in your application.
