Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate national and international transportation activities
• Monitor shipments and ensure smooth daily operations
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Support transport planning and scheduling
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation
• Resolve operational issues and ensure high service quality
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational data

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (Speditionskaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification
• First practical experience through apprenticeships or internships is welcome
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive mindset
• Good English skills; German is required
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
