Junior IT Consultant, medical diagnostics software

Responsibilities

• Installation and setup of medicalvalues solutions at our clients' sites in laboratories, hospitals and medical practices, including connection/configuration of on-site IT systems (hospital information systems / physician information systems)
• Assisting clients with integrating our applications into their IT infrastructure and network (telematics infrastructure, printers, card readers, etc.)
• Conducting training sessions and providing user support
• Point of contact for clients for support inquiries

Requirements

• You already have professional experience in IT consulting or are eager to start a career in this field
• You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or hold a comparable qualification
• Customer orientation and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
• Excellent communication and moderation/facilitation skills in German and English
• Goal-oriented work style, quick comprehension, and proactively contributing your own ideas
