Junior Key Account Manager

In this role you drive growth for assigned local customers within the traditional trade channel by building strong relationships and delivering on sales targets. You work closely with cross-functional teams to align customer plans, forecast accuracy, and promotional activity with market dynamics. You’ll apply commercial thinking to expand business sustainably and act as a trusted consultant to customers. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position within a global consumer brand.

• Manage a portfolio of local customers in the traditional trade channel
• Develop customer plans to meet/exceed targets aligned with budget
• Negotiate terms and conditions during meetings and yearly negotiations to grow the business
• Ensure accurate sales forecasts and collaborate with demand planning
• Create and execute promotional strategies with marketing
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
• Develop expertise in customers’ and channels’ business environment and market dynamics

• Bachelor’s Degree
• First experience in Key Account Manager or Sales Representative (FMCG beneficial)
• Good level of English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong teamworking with cross-functional collaboration
• Analytical skills and understanding of customer trends
