Junior Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

Overview

For our client, a leading global technology company in the semiconductor industry, we are looking for a Logistic Specialist (m/f/d) in Böblingen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with transportation and warehousing suppliers.
• Managing processing details related to transportation and warehousing.
• Conducting regular inventory counts and implementing control procedures.
• Supervising the planning and coordination of outbound shipments.
• Performing financial accruals and verifying supplier invoices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration or Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung with professional experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in operational logistics / material planning in a production or trading company, especially in goods receiving, warehousing, and shipping.
• Familiar with ERP software solutions e.g. SAP, Oracle, Navision.
• Systematic working style.
• Team-player, experienced in working in cross-functional international teams.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and German (minimum B2).
• Persistent, self-motivated, and self-organized.
• Preferred: Professional experience in logistics in the high-tech, automotive, or mechanical engineering industry.
