Junior Manager – Customer Success (all genders)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Develop strategies for our clients in collaboration with colleagues, incorporating marketing channels such as SEA, social, display, affiliate, and others.
Take responsibility for client communication, media planning & strategy development.
Analyze industry trends, advertising innovations, economic conditions, technical aspects, and market and client requirements, and derive actionable recommendations.
Develop tailored concepts and contribute to the ongoing development of our platform.
Present your findings in external and internal meetings in close coordination with leads and the founders.

Good to very good university degree (e.g., Business/Economics, Engineering, Political Science, Marketing, Communication Studies, Psychology, etc.).
Some experience in digital marketing, ideally on the agency or consulting side.
Very good command of German and English.
Initial experience in developing media strategies, media planning, and media buying/management.
Strong analytical skills, including analyzing and interpreting reports and deriving concrete measures.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for client advising.
Passion for digital media and a good sense for trends and developments in the digital world.
High energy and a quick grasp (fast learner).
