Your tasks

Supporting the implementation of the global Lean strategy in collaboration with various internal stakeholders
Helping to build and develop a network of local Lean experts, as well as fostering international exchange among these experts through a community
Assisting in the organization and execution of national and international Lean projects and workshops in the areas of production, logistics, and administration
Implementing, documenting, and tracking improvement measures
Contributing to the creation of training materials, simulations, and presentations on Lean methods
Supporting the delivery of national and international training and coaching sessions for employees
Supporting the preparation and execution of the annual virtual “Global Gemba Walk Kaizens”
Collaborating with the Global Business Process Management and Global Process Consultancy teams to ensure the application of global standards

Your profile

A college degree, preferably in economics, engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on business administration, or a completed technical/commercial vocational training program with several years of professional experience
Initial professional experience in process management or Lean, including the associated change processes in an industrial setting
Alternatively, initial professional experience in management consulting in the field of Lean Management
Theoretical and practical experience in the areas of Lean Administration and Lean Operations
Solid knowledge of Lean methods and tools; ideally, initial practical project experience
Analytical and structured approach to work, as well as a strong hands‑on mentality
Strong teamwork and communication skills combined with intercultural competence
Presentation and facilitation skills in an international work environment
Problem‑solving skills and a passion for actively shaping improvement processes
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office
