Contribute to ensure efficient system operations (e. g. within the monthly closing or Forecasting processes), in close collaboration with the Director Systems & Processes.
Manage and maintain master data & reporting solutions across various platforms.
Support the administration and continuous improvement of key operational systems and processes for planning and closing (SAP BCS and SAP Analytics Cloud).
Align with relevant stakeholders from the Controlling community and IT, closing the gap between business requirements and technical solution.
Assist in the implementation and integration of new systems currently being rolled out at Fresenius Kabi within the Finance departments.
Actively contribute to the digitalization strategy by identifying and supporting opportunities for process optimization and automation.

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

A university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Computer Science
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
Strong willingness to learn and explore new topics and technologies
First experience or familiarity with BCS, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office (AfO), or any other front-end system is desirable, ideally in a key user role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential
A deeper understanding for business processes is required (especially in the Finance & Controlling environment such as planning and month end closing)
Very good English skills, both written and spoken, are a must
Analytical thinking, structured working style, and a proactive mindset
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
