Junior Product Manager

As a product manager focused on digitization, you’ll own an independent digital feature within a leading financial comparison platform. You will work with an agile, cross-functional team to shape digital product experiences, from account checks to automated document processing. You’ll analyze user data and backend performance to drive improvements and optimize interfaces. You’ll collaborate with fintech providers and management to define the digital product strategy and deliver fast, high-quality features. • Lead the development of innovative digital features for financial comparisons (processes, bank interfaces, offer selection)
• Analyze user data, backend tools, and process runtimes to identify improvements (e.g., new query logic)
• Improve work processes in collaboration with fintech providers (e.g., video verification)
• Develop features for automating document analysis (salary and account statements) with OCR/text recognition optimization
• Prioritize and manage agile projects to enable rapid IT delivery
• Conduct regular QA and testing to ensure flawless customer functionality
• Contribute to digital domain product strategy through close collaboration with management and other product teams

• University studies in economics or a technical orientation
• Proficient in German (C1-C2) and English
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills; high quality awareness
• Nice to have: internships or first experience in e-commerce/online sector
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, UXPin, Trello, Miro, SQL, QlikSense
