Junior Project Manager (d/f/m)

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or media, or vocational training in marketing communication.

Initial exposure to project management at an agency—e.g., through internships, part-time student jobs, or, ideally, as a junior project manager.

Ideally, you’ve already gained some experience with social media, digital campaigns, or content production.

A solid basic understanding of numbers and the relationship between effort, costs, and project success.

You work in a structured manner, maintain a clear overview, and contribute proactively to the team.

You’re eager to learn, help shape projects, and take on responsibility.

You live in Berlin, speak German fluently, and have a business-level command of English.

And: You’re curious, open-minded, have a good sense of humor, and enjoy working well with others.
