  • Perform hands‑on testing of devices, firmware, and software platforms under real‑world conditions
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to provide structured feedback on new features and improvements
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring high product quality and stability
  • Act as a bridge between development and customer‑facing teams, supporting complex issue analysis
  • Contribute to building scalable QA processes and improving testing methodologies

Your Profile

  • Strong interest in sports and technology, ideally with a hands‑on mindset
  • High level of persistence and curiosity when analyzing and solving complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills (English is a must, German nice to have) and the ability to mediate between cross‑functional teams (e.g., engineering, product, customer success)
  • Structured and detail‑oriented approach to testing and quality assurance
  • Willingness to be physically active during testing scenarios when required (e.g., participating in field tests)
  • University degree in sports science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Located in Munich and the ability to come to the office on a weekly basis

Nice to have

  • Experience in QA, testing, or product validation (hardware and/or software)
  • Basic programming knowledge, including the ability to read code, logs, and API/network outputs
  • Understanding of sports data and metrics, with the ability to validate statistics and their visualizations
  • Familiarity with sports tracking technologies, sensor systems, or wearable devices
  • Experience with bug tracking tools and QA processes
