Junior Research Consultant, Berlin

Responsibilities

• You work closely with the team lead on the operational implementation and analysis of studies
• Client management: You maintain close, regular contact with our clients
• You monitor compliance with quality standards and are responsible for overseeing and delegating tasks to external service providers and internal services
• After successful onboarding, you independently take on small projects or sub-tasks of large, international projects

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences, ideally with a focus on Marketing and/or Business Psychology
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong client-, service- and marketing-orientation
• Creativity
• Interest in data-driven marketing: analyzing and evaluating data, deriving insights and actionable recommendations
• Ideally strong (theoretical) knowledge of empirical market research methods
• Good presentation skills; ability to prepare complex market research topics and analyses in a clear and accessible way
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint) and, ideally, SPSS, R or Survey Reporter (or similar)
