What you will be responsible for
- Partner with senior sales professionals to support revenue growth across GlobalLINK’s suite of trading and workflow solutions
- Assist in managing the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, RFP support, and onboarding coordination
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target client segments
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and product demonstrations
- Track sales metrics, maintain CRM systems, and support forecasting efforts
- Develop knowledge of FX, Money Market Funds, fixed income, derivatives, and electronic trading workflows
- Support GlobalLINK client engagement initiatives, including meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Monitor competitor offerings to GlobalLINK and market trends in financial technology
What we value
- Experience supporting treasury professionals, institutional sales or capital markets teams in Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and / or Money Markets
- Familiarity with FX, fixed income, Money Market Funds or derivatives markets
- Exposure to electronic trading platforms or SaaS solutions
- Commercial mindset and client‑focused approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship‑building ability
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn complex products

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in financial technology services, trading capital markets, or sales support is required
- Strong interest in financial markets and technology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
