Your Impact

• Drive and further develop the OQEMA brand strategy , ensuring consistent implementation across formats, channels and communication materials
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and governance processes and act as a central point of contact for brand-related topics
• Support the implementation of our brand identity across European subsidiaries , from visual design and tone of voice to key messaging
• Plan and coordinate international and industry-specific trade fairs , including concepts, booth design, logistics and content
• Support local marketing teams and Country Managers with regional trade fair activities and ensure alignment with Group-wide brand standards
• Act as the lead marketing contact for a designated OQEMA industry segment
• Develop targeted campaigns, brochures, digital content and trade fair materials aligned with commercial objectives
• Manage creative marketing projects together with internal stakeholders and external partners, including agencies, designers, video producers and booth builders

Your Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business Administration or a related field
• First experience in Brand Management, Trade Fair Planning or Corporate Communications, ideally in a B2B environment
• Experience working with international teams and external service providers
• Exposure to industry-specific marketing, chemicals or an industrial environment is an advantage
• Experience implementing brand standards across decentralised or multi-location organisations is a plus
• Strong organisational and execution skills with a high level of quality awareness
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
• Analytical thinking, initiative and openness to new ideas
• Fluent German and English (C1)
• Additional qualifications in Brand Strategy, Event Marketing or Project Management are a plus
