Junior Specialist Master Data (m/f/d) - Hybrid Option GER (Berlin, DE)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Regional Treasury EMEA department is responsible for the Treasury and Cash Management activity of BASF Group companies in the EMEA region. Within our Bank team, we are responsible for validating customer and supplier master data, ensuring adherence to internal Fraud Prevention requirements.

• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of business partner hierarchies in SAP S/4HANA.
• Make an essential contribution to the completeness, consistency, and accuracy of our data by verifying the information using various sources.
• Responsible for knowledge transfer to colleagues and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge database while providing reports and analyses for stakeholders such as Credit Risk Managers on a regular basis.
• In regular contact with different units within the BASF Group.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Commercial vocational training or studies and ideally first professional experience in the field of Master Data.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or business administration in relation to legal forms and management.
• Confident handling of MS Office and first experiences with SAP S/4HANA.
• Comprehensive knowledge of process flows, Business Partner master data workflow, products, customers, and entity goals.
• Strong analytical sense and an eye for details; goal-oriented, precise working methods and high customer orientation.
• Fluent and convincing communication in German and English; further language skills are welcome.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): €35,000 - €39,000, depending on qualifications and professional experience; bonus dependent on company's success.

• Location-independent working models with defined days of presence in Berlin and residency in Germany (first impression information is available).
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
