Junior Supply Chain Manager

Support supplier discovery for new co-manufacturing partners and ingredients
Run day-to-day procurement, including POs, coordination, and order follow-up
Manage inventory levels across the co-manufacturer and logistics network
Balance product availability against working capital
Contribute to optimising working capital usage across the supply chain, including stock levels, payment terms, and order cadence
Eliminate repetitive supply-chain processes using LLMs and no-/low-code tools such as Claude and n8n
Work directly with Lucia, the Supply Chain Manager, and have direct access to the founders

Requirements

0–2 years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, buying, or operations
Strong academic background from a commercial or technical programme (e.g. Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or similar)
Fluent English
Confidence in Excel/Google Sheets, including building and maintaining trackers, supplier data, and simple forecasts
Exposure to demand forecasting, inventory management, or ERP/warehouse-management systems is nice to have, not a dealbreaker
Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools (Claude, n8n, or similar), having actually built something
Comfortable picking up the phone to negotiate with suppliers and manage external partners
Highly detail-oriented and structured
Growth mindset and willingness to take on more responsibility quickly

Demonstrates strong capabilities in supply chain management, procurement processes, and inventory optimization, with hands-on experience in AI and automation tools. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and forecasting, while effectively managing supplier relationships.
