Junior Technical Project Leader (m/f/d)

In this role you drive the technical side of low-complexity projects, ensuring alignment with customer and internal requirements. You collaborate with the PM to lead the technical team, manage interfaces, and steer design-to-production alignment. You’ll define objectives, monitor costs and timelines, and communicate technically with customers. You’ll also organize reviews and knowledge transfer to enable efficient project execution and learning. • Lead the technical team in collaboration with the Project Manager
• Manage the technical interfaces between customers and project teams
• Ensure alignment between design, industrialization, and customer requirements
• Define and monitor technical objectives, costs, and timelines
• Communicate with customers on technical matters
• Organize technical reviews, lessons learned, and knowledge transfer sessions

• Engineering degree (mechanical / electrical, or similar)
• Typically, 5+ years in automotive (technical) product development or internships within the automotive sector
• Basic knowledge of product design and industrial processes
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional English proficiency
