Key Account Manager Europe (d/f/m)

What you’ll do

• Drive profitable growth as a key contributor within global and regional cross-functional teams
• Own and nurture relationships with key accounts across Europe within the Wind industry
• Serve as the primary contact for your customers
• Shape and implement strategic account plans using data-driven insights to drive long-term success
• Lead cross-functional projects that deliver sustainable value
• Facilitate collaboration across international customer sites and internal teams
• Drive pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and ensure commercial alignment
• Organize and lead customer engagement events such as Sustainability Workshops, Tech Days, and Application Trainings

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics) or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in adhesives industry, ideally in sales with customer-focused approach
• Proven project management and self-organization skills combined with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Fluent German and English skills, very good French skills are beneficial
