Key Account Manager SMB (m/f/d) with German, Uber Eats, South

About the Role
Uber Eats is looking for a driven, strongly analytical and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Munich, Oskar-von-Miller Ring 20. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping success of our SMB restaurant partners in Southern Germany, fostering strong relationships, and driving the growth of their businesses on the Uber Eats platform by also visiting them onsite and negotiate exclusive deals. What you'll do

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our most valued SMB restaurant partners, work

• Strategic Account Growth: Collaborate withhigh-value restaurant partners to retain and expand their business, identifying new upselling and cross-selling opportunities through product adoption and location expansion initiatives
• Maximising potential: Proactively identify opportunities to unlock additional revenue potential for both our partners and Uber Eats
• Risk Mitigation & Retention: Actively identify potential risks to partnerships and work swiftly and diligently to ensure partners receive the best possible experience, striving for 100% account retention
• Partner Advocacy: Collect and synthesise valuable feedback from restaurant partners, transforming these insights into actionable information that informs and drives our product and business roadmap
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with Key SMB restaurant partners, positioning Uber Eats as their preferred and exclusive delivery platform
• Account planning: Build long-term growth and marketing plans with your partners via regular business reviews and data analysis

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in a strategical and operating B2B client-facing role, such as Sales, Customer Success, Account. Management, or upper management in the retail/food industry
• Customer Lifecycle Navigation: Experience navigating the complete customer lifecycle, including prospecting new contacts within existing client organizations
• Negotiation Skills: Experience in constructing high potential deals, calculating offers, professional pitching to clients and negotiating under high competitive pressure
• Self-Starter Mentality: A proactive and autonomous approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: The ability to clearly articulate value propositions, address objections, overcome obstacles, and secure commitment from partners
• Hustle & Dedication: A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and work closely with our highest-value partners to consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue, retention, and adoption targets
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: The ability to think strategically, analyze restaurant needs, creatively problem-solve, and identify new opportunities
• Organizational Skills: Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively based on impact

Preferred Qualifications

• CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a significant plus)
• Google Suite Expertise: Proficient in Google Suite, with the ability to create comprehensive and impactful dashboards and presentations
