Key-Account-Manager

We’re growing our team and looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to work closely with our international customers and keep projects moving forward.

As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you’ll be the main point of contact for our international customers. You’ll make sure orders, deliveries, and ongoing projects are well organised, and that customer needs and internal processes stay aligned.

Responsibilities

• Supporting international customers in day-to-day business
• Managing and processing customer orders
• Monitoring delivery schedules and ongoing production
• Creating and maintaining forecasts together with customers
• Coordinating reorders and recurring requirements
• Acting as the key link between customers and internal teams such as production, design, and development
• Ensuring clear communication, smooth workflows, and high customer satisfaction
• Supporting managers with operational and organisational tasks

Qualifications

• A proactive, hands‑on mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Experience in customer support, key account management, or an international B2B environment
• A structured, reliable, and solution‑oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a good sense for people
