YOUR TASKS

• Support and further development of important Key Accounts & new customer acquisition for our industry business
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Customer support and acquisition to achieve planned revenue targets
• Identification of business opportunities and development of strategies to increase sales
• Negotiation of contracts and conditions
• Collaboration with internal interface departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Cross-functional project planning and processing of customer requests and inquiries
• Drawing innovation within the scope of responsibility and aligning day-to-day operations with current trends and “state of the art” methodologies
• Ensuring the maintenance and achievement of the defined KPI’s
• Preparation of market and competition analyses (with support of Product management)

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in Key Account Management in the global technical and manufacturing environment (B2B wires industry)
• Completed commercial or technical training
• Ability to work independently and structurally with strong customer focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Business fluent in German & English (C1)
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (40%)
