We are looking for a Kids Footwear Designer to join our dynamic Design area.

The Kids Footwear Designer will play a crucial part in shaping the product assortments supporting our successful brands with his/her product expertise.

Collection Building & Trend Ownership

Drive the Kids’ Footwear collection building in close alignment with the Design Lead, Buying, Planning, and the Sourcing Office to build highly commercial collections, translating trend research and customer insights into inspirational brand stories.

Kids' Footwear Design Expertise

Demonstrate a proven track record in Kids' Footwear design, combining deep commercial acumen and customer insights with extensive technical knowledge of fit requirements and production processes.

End-to-End Process & Sustainability Ownership

Leverage your foundational expertise in Kids' Footwear to build commercial collections from the ground up. Own the end-to-end design process, championing the integration of AI tools and sustainability innovations while continuously optimizing workflows and proactively resolving operational challenges.

Team Collaboration & Effectiveness

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture by nurturing positive morale and providing direct, constructive feedback to colleagues to ensure a positive and productive working environment.

Experience & Portfolio

Specialization in Kids' Footwear Design, preferably with commercial e-commerce brands, alongside 7+ years of proven expertise in the field. A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating past design experience in Kids' Footwear (both boys & girls) is mandatory with your application.

Highly creative with strong commercial sense and attention to details.

Team player with a can-do attitude, curiosity to learn and openness to innovation.

Excellent Communication & Organisation Skills: ability to express creative ideas from Concept stage to presentation to Leadership team.

Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator) and AI tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several projects simultaneously.

Strong interest and understanding of Sustainability and Diversity & inclusion.
