Lab Specialist MSAT Analytical (f/m/d)

In this role you apply GMP-compliant analytical expertise to support MSAT DS/DP development, delivering accurate results and driving method optimization. You act as SME for analytical methods, collaborate with international stakeholders, and contribute to compliant documentation and continuous improvement. The position emphasizes hands-on experimentation, data integrity, and cross-functional teamwork to enable scalable, quality-focused drug substance and product development. • Plan and execute analytical experiments for DS/DP studies with timely results
• Serve as SME for assigned analytical methods and troubleshoot
• Implement and optimize analytical methods with international stakeholders, authoring documentation
• Evaluate and document results in GMP/GLP-compliant manner ensuring data integrity
• Own investigations and change controls, identifying root causes and improvements
• Drive continuous improvement of methods and documentation (paperless systems)
• Maintain equipment readiness including qualification and calibration
• Ensure compliant lab operations and external collaboration as needed
• Adhere to EHS standards and maintain a safe lab environment
• Collaborate across cross-functional and international MSAT teams, communicating in English

• Completed vocational training in a scientific discipline with additional qualification and/or several years of lab experience
• Strong hands-on experience in cell culture and vaccine/live virus handling and/or analytical method execution
• Practical experience with molecular methods (qPCR, dPCR, ELISA) and physico-chemical methods (HPLC, LC-MS, KF)
• Experience in GMP/GLP environments with documentation practices and deviation management
• Ability to execute SOPs and analytical protocols and drive improvements
• Experience transferring or implementing analytical methods is advantageous
• Familiarity with ELN, DMS, MES and basic data analysis tools
• Strong equipment ownership mindset, including calibration and maintenance coordination
