Labor Relations Consultant

In this role you will cultivate constructive labor relations by partnering with the German Works Council within Adobe’s Employee Experience team in Munich. You will serve as the main liaison, guiding information and consultation processes, and advising leaders on Works Council matters. You’ll drive agreements, gather employee feedback, and help scale consistent social dialogue across the organization. This position offers a meaningful impact on people programs and organizational change in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

• Build and nurture a close partnership with the German Works Council
• Serve as the primary liaison for Works Council interactions and consultations
• Lead information and consultation processes, prepare materials, facilitate discussions, and coordinate audits
• Manage Works Council committees and related budgets and administrative tasks
• Negotiate Works Council agreements and initiatives aligned with strategic goals and employee interests
• Gather and translate feedback from employee representatives for stakeholders
• Improve processes to ensure consistent social dialogue and employee representation
• Advise leaders and EX teams on Works Council matters for Germany and align with regional topics
• Support business changes, hiring, organizational changes, and workforce initiatives
• Collaborate with Employment Legal, Employee Relations, and COEs on Employment Law topics

• Comprehensive knowledge of German labor laws and employment regulations
• Significant experience working with Works Councils and employee representatives in Germany
• Collaborative and solution-focused approach with strong relationship-building across organization levels
• Strong influencing skills to unite stakeholders around common objectives
• Comfortable in a matrixed, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Excellent communication skills (active listening, facilitation, presentation, collaboration)
• Proficiency in German and English (additional languages a plus)
