Labor Relations, Manager – EMEA & LATAM (Works Councils)

Overview

As Labor Relations Manager – EMEA, you will coordinate European works councils and drive governance, ensuring compliant, timely labor relations activities. You’ll partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to manage programs around organizational changes and workforce planning in a multinational setting. This role emphasizes meticulous project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and governance documentation. You will shape operational effectiveness through data, reporting, and continuous improvement, within a hybrid setup that supports LinkedIn’s culture and growth.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for European and country-level works council consultations
  • Prepare consultation materials, agendas, and presentations
  • Track consultation timelines and statutory deadlines
  • Coordinate cross-country meeting schedules across time zones
  • Maintain documentation of consultation outcomes and follow-up actions
  • Support labor relations initiatives related to reorganizations, acquisitions, and workforce planning
  • Develop and maintain project plans for labor relations activities
  • Monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional items with HR, Legal, Communications, and business leaders
  • Maintain labor relations playbooks, templates, and process documentation
  • Organize training materials and internal resource libraries
  • Track changes to country-specific consultation requirements
  • Maintain labor relations dashboards and trackers
  • Prepare reports on consultation activity, labor risks, and project status
  • Analyze trends to improve operations
  • Support executive reporting and presentation development
  • Serve as central liaison between Labor Relations, HR Partners, Employment Legal, and regional stakeholders
  • Coordinate information requests from country HR teams
  • Facilitate communication during consultations
  • Build cross-functional relationships
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, Legal Operations, or project management
  • 4+ years’ experience with European works councils or labor relations programs
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Project management
  • Organization and attention to detail

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
