Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Mannheim suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Laborant Anwendungstechnik & Prüfungen (m/w/d) für unsere Abteilung Research & Development.

Responsibilities

• Durchführung von Labor- und Anwendungsprüfungen an Farben, Lacken und Beschichtungssystemen nach festgelegten Prüfverfahren
• Vorbereitung und Applikation von Prüfmustern für interne Entwicklungs- und Kundenprojekte
• Selbstständige Durchführung und Dokumentation von Prüfungen sowie Erfassung der Versuchsergebnisse
• Auswertung und Zusammenstellung von Prüfdaten zur Unterstützung des R&D- und Technical-Service-Teams
• Bedienung, Pflege und Kalibrierung von Labor- und Prüfgeräten
• Unterstützung bei der Organisation des Laborbetriebs und Verwaltung von Laborverbrauchsmaterialien
• Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften im Labor

Qualifications

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Lacklaborant (m/w/d), Chemielaborant (m/w/d), CTA (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Laborumfeld, idealerweise in der Farben-, Lack-, Chemie- oder Beschichtungsindustrie
• Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Dokumentation von Prüfungen nach standardisierten Verfahren
• Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an praktischer Laborarbeit
• Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld
• Grundlegende Kenntnisse in MS Office; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
