Lead Consultant Identity and Access Management

In this role, you design and deliver enterprise IAM solutions for diverse customers, aligning security requirements with OpenText Cyber Security portfolios. You will lead solution design, guide implementation, and help clients strengthen identity, governance, access, and privileged account management. You’ll work with architects, security teams, and project teams to produce scalable, secure IAM architectures across environments. This position offers impact across major customers and a path to shape security strategies in a global services team.

• Lead business and technical workshops with customer stakeholders
• Architect IAM solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Design solutions aligned to roadmaps and security requirements
• Create solution blueprints, design documents, and deployment guides
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality implementations
• Configure OpenText IAM, Governance, Access, and PAM solutions
• Mentor architects and developers on technical best practices

• 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise IAM solutions
• Proven ability to engage and advise business and IT stakeholders
• Expertise in OpenText Identity Manager, Governance, Access Manager, Identity Core Foundation, or Privileged Access Manager
• Experience architecting IAM across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises
• Programming experience in Java, Python, or ECMAScript
• Strong analytical ability to resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent German and English (C1+) language skills
