Lead Data & Analytics

Stellenbeschreibung:

Lead and develop the Data & Analytics team, both in terms of subject-matter leadership and line management
Establish clear structures, roles and standards to ensure scalability, quality and future viability
Expand data engineering capabilities and strengthen the technical foundation
Take responsibility for data architecture and the data warehouse
Ensure consistent, reliable data for decision-making
Further develop dashboards, reports and self-service analytics
Empower business units in working with data and analyses
Translate business requirements into scalable data & analytics solutions
Collaborate closely with executive management, the CTO, IT and business teams
Monitor and evaluate automation and AI opportunities

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in technical and line management of data, analytics or engineering teams
Technical and conceptual expertise in data engineering & data warehouse architectures as well as in analytics & business intelligence
Strong architectural and systems understanding
Practical experience with modern data & analytics stacks (e.g. Python, MS SQL, dbt, Docker, Power BI, SSIS, Airflow/Dagster)
Ability to present technical complexity in an understandable way
Experience building or further developing scalable data & analytics structures
