What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop and maintain modern applications using C# and .NET
• Lead technical design and contribute across the full software development lifecycle
• Drive software architecture and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Review designs, estimate work and support project planning
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
• Contribute to technical strategy and solution design
• Stay up to date with modern development approaches and emerging technologies

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of commercial software development experience
• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles
• Experience with modern application development practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle

Nice to Have

• Experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Cloud or distributed systems experience
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise software projects
