Lead Product Manager, Shipping

As Lead Product Manager at eBay, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for a seamless shipping experience across a global marketplace. You’ll partner with engineering, design, data science, and other PMs to build scalable shipping solutions that drive speed, cost efficiency, and trust for buyers and sellers. You will lead and develop a team while hands-on delivering high-impact initiatives from ideation to launch. This role offers the chance to shape AI-powered improvements in shipping and to scale capabilities globally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Define and drive the shipping product vision and strategy aligned with broader shipping goals
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, designers, and PMs to deliver AI-powered cost-reduction solutions
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers while owning strategic initiatives
• Establish product metrics, hypotheses, and run A/B experiments to measure impact on seller adoption, cost savings, and buyer conversion
• Coordinate with international teams and logistics partners to scale capabilities globally
• Communicate progress and findings to partners and executives

• 12+ years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce or AI/ML-driven products
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to success metrics
• Solid understanding of applying AI to business problems and linking data science outcomes to goals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to simplify complex systems and deliver delightful customer experiences
