Lead Qualifier (m/f/d)

As a Lead Qualifier at BLUNATECH, you will take on a clearly defined role in the sales process: the initial contact. Your goal is not to close a sale, but to obtain consent for further contact via email.

What you will specifically do

• Contacting pre-qualified leads by telephone
• Conducting brief initial consultations (no pitching, no closing)
• Obtaining consent for further communication
• Ergebnisse in einem einfachen System dokumentieren
• Forward qualified contacts to the internal team

What is important to us

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or telephone-based customer outreach
• Fluent written and spoken German
• Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten am Telefon
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not a requirement
