Lead System Architect - Pega

Lead the Pega-focused software delivery for a European client base, shaping architecture and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke solutions. You will consult with clients, drive Pega development, and mentor junior engineers while managing releases. The role sits within a growing Pega unit and offers remote EU work with German language involvement. You’ll influence project scope, ensure quality, and help scale the team as part of a broader transformation initiative.

• Lead the development of applications on the Pega platform
• Consult with end clients to understand requirements and translate them into solutions
• Develop Pega-based software solutions
• Lead existing development teams in agile delivery
• Train junior team members
• Manage implementation and release of software solutions

• Experience in leading/mentoring/coaching junior team members
• Experience in consulting or stakeholder management
• Time management and project management skills
